Absolutely NO refunds unless the hair has not been shipped yet! 

Shipping

Shipping will take approximately 7-10 business days after you receive your tracking number.  The tracking number will be sent via email.  If you did not receive a package that says it was delivered, please contact the U.S Postal Service and be certain to use your tracking number.
